about

'MMXX' picks up from where 'The Divided Self' left off, and moves into new territory. Paul Newland and Bryn Davies return on drums and bass respectively, and the guitarist Hallock Hill features on the grinding waltz, 'Devil Finds Work'.

Recorded under the Coronavirus lockdown and during the tumultuous uprising of the Black Lives Matter movement, this EP features four tracks reflecting some of the tension, weight and urgency of the time as experienced by the musicians.

Also offered here are a fistful of hard-hitting remixes by the musicians Jon Klein (Siouxsie and the Banshees), Tim Noble (The Lowland Hundred), and silentspace. These are three thrilling interpretations of the original pieces.

The original EP was recorded between April - May 2020.
